Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. The items must be returned in a new condition and with the original packaging. If the product has been damaged, used (including any form of bike set-up, e.g. mounting handlebars, cranks, forks etc) or has had the labels/stickers removed, it will not be possible for us to issue a refund.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to process a return and place a new order, we are unable to hold stock while an exchange is being processed.

Arranging a Return

When returning a product, please include the original packaging. Take care to pack the product correctly to avoid damage during transit. We recommend returning the product using a tracked delivery service to ensure a smooth return. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment as the original order. We regret that we are not able to cover the cost of returning your item.
